So the time has come to launch our gait analysis competition!
Plym Physio is using our fancy new treadmill with some of our running clients. If you’d like some guidance on your running gait then please enter our Facebook competition for the chance to win a session on the treadmill with Nic our Clinical Lead Physio and running specialist. She’ll get a running history from you including your injuries (if you have any) and then get you on the treadmill and record cycles of your running. You’ll be given some top tips and cues to improve your running economy and injury rehab.
Detailed analysis of the video footage takes time and needs applying to your particular history so further analysis and feedback sessions can be booked but are not included in the prize package.
Sessions have been allocated in advance for the competition so winners will be offered the sessions on a first come first served basis. There are 6 sessions on offer from 14th May to 30th May. Winners will be picked at random and notified via FB on 13th May.
